Any good RPG/Action/Adventure games with sim aspects for PC or PS3?

I’m in the mood for a game in which you do missions/quests/whatever but also get to live a bit of a life. I basically mean make money, socialize, own a house, eat, etc. I would prefer it to be somewhat recent. I have already played Fable and Oblivion.

Beaten Mass Effect. Great game, but not really what I’m looking for at the moment.

Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

Also, Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2.

MPlayer (video), Kronos (text adventure), BattleJewels (RPG action puzzler), and pnd-file goofyness
