Ideas for your holiday abroad
Yes, we are in the middle of a recession, but going abroad on holiday gives everyone a thrill -if you can afford it that is. Was place would best suit you to go out on holiday to? Here are afew ideas to get the mind racing with possibilities.
Europe. Europe has a fair few countries to choose from -France, Spain, Sweden, Belgium -the list goes on and on. All the countries have its own history and culture, so decide what you need from your holiday to get the most out of it. If your after nightlife, hitting the cities such as Paris, Amsterdam and Madrid will be your best chance. Feeling the need to go for a warmer European country to top up your tan? The south of France or Spain will be ideal. All the countries have something that will appeal to you, so choosing what you want to get out of your holiday is the first part.
North America. America has 50 states to choose from, each seemingly a different country unto themselves. Wanting to go for glitz and glamour? LA and Las Vegas has the lights and glamour to keep you occupied. Wanting to go see how wild the west really was? Grab your horse and go to Texas. If history’s a hobby, theres no better places to start then Washington or Boston. Our British pound wont get you as much on the exchange rate as it wouldve a few years ago, so be aware of that.
Austrailia. For those who’re feeling alittle more adventurous. Love your Sand, sun and sea? Where else but the land down under, where a cold day is very rare. Just make sure you dont have a phobia of creepy crawlies -if this applies to you- head down to New Zeland, which while its 2,000 miles away, isnt as warm as Austrailia, so it doesnt really have the climate for them.
