satellite map pictures online?
I’m planning a hike with a couple friends and am using google maps to help me figure out the route. However, googles arent that clear at higher zooms. Is there another, better, and free website that has sattelite pictures and maps I could use?
Google Earth is about the only thing I could think to try. But most sattelite pictures are not doing to do many detailed shots of the middle of nowhere :-p Probobly be better off trying to find internet sites that talk specifically about hiking in that area.
