A better place to live than Oregon?
I’ve been in Portland, Oregon for about 20 years and nothing has happened for my life. Depression, suicidal tendencies, obssessive compulsiveness, poor appetite, low self esteem, probably more things than I can list here.
I like this state, I like evergreen forests and mountain zones. I can’t stand 9 months of rain, half-ass summers, wanna-be rain that is actually just annoying drizzle.etc….i’ve never found that group of people who would rather go camping than bar-hopping, I blame destiny. Either way:
whats the best state for tropical environments that still have camping/hiking/biking options? NO deserts, I want lush green with sun atleast 300 days a year. I hope I never see a snowflake ever again. Why would anybody want to be cold.
I have lived in Oregon all of my life. If you want greenery, you are going to have to settle for rain. Oregon gets its beauty because of its rainfall. As for the cold, there are plenty of other depressing states, countries that you could be living in that are horribly hot, extremely cold or dark. So, quit your
bitching and enjoy Oregon for what it is.
