where to buy women’s jacket moderately priced.Must have a hood,be waterproof/water resistant but also BREATHABLE(not the shiny poly urethrane hot stuff) Prefer no pile or fleece lining. prefer one that covers the hips but not a long trenchcoat. Have tried unsuccessfully REI,sears,macys nordstroms,a s well as some online sport stores liek sports authorityMost are too heavy/thick hot or are just stretchy cotton or polyester knit that would get wet right away
