What are the best spots to see in Joshua tree?
Best place’s to drive to or short hikes like an hour or less. Good photo ops etc. I will probably stay in 29 palms.
Hi, I live in the 29 Palms area. 
All of the Joshua Tree Park is a photo op, lol. It’s a great place, especially in spring. If you are going to stay in 29 Palms try to get a bungalow at the 29 Palms Inn. It’s the best value out here if you want atmosphere and value. There is a diner you might otherwise not pay attention to on hwy 62 named Petes, great food, good value, friendly service, nothing fancy but clean.I go there often. It’s right next to the Jack In The Box near Adobe Rd. And very convenient to the Park entrance. Hope that helps! Enjoy your visit.
