Mountain hiking – calories burned?
Does anyone know how I can figure out the # of calories burned mountain hiking?
I hiked Mt Washington in NH, a 6200 ft mountain. Covered 9 miles with an elevation gain of about 4000 feet. Took around 8 hours total.
I’m 24, female, 105 lbs.
