I am not an English native speaker. I have for my English homework to write Transactional letter in response to this advertisement.

So, the task is to write the letter asking for more information, using questions like Where is Orlando? What kind of place is it? Do the other students speak English? Do the tours cost extra? How much? What are the dates? It should have between 120 and 180 words.
I know it is a lot to ask, but i really need an A. Please help me!

I am interested in learning about the other visiting students; for example, do they speak English? If not, are there aids to communication so that international learners can correspond while in Orlando?
I would also like to enquire about the facilities offered by the tours that were mentioned in your advertisement. Are they included in the price of the trip? If not, how much is the additional fee? Are there scheduled times, dates and meeting places for the tours? Is it necessary to sign up for one?
Can you tell me about which tours are available?

I am interested in the tours; what tours are on offer? Do they cost more than the overall bill for the trip? How much are they if they are extra? How do I find out about the dates and times that the tours take place if I visit Orlando?

**Obviously I don’t know who you are supposed to be writing to in this homework so put it on the start of your letter, i.e. Dear Sir of Madam / Dear Promotion Leader.
